NexEra Games ("NexEra," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through nexeragames.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy covers this website only — it does not cover the separate operator dashboards, compliance tools, or other NexEra products.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your business's name and address, any message you write, and your optional answers to a few questions about the business (such as its type, opening hours and available floor space). If you complete a site questionnaire we send you, we also collect the details you give us about your location.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and form providers (see "Third-Party Services" below) may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps as part of normal web server operation. This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) or set non-essential cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about NexEra products and services
• Review your location for a possible equipment placement. To do this we look up publicly available information about the business and its area — its public Google listing, nearby businesses, U.S. Census figures for the community, and the local rules that apply to skill games there — and combine it into an internal assessment of the site. That assessment is used only by our team; no decision about you is made automatically.
• Maintain records of communications with prospective and current host locations
• Improve this website and our sales process

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website, processes form submissions, and runs Turnstile, a bot check on our form (CDN, DNS, and standard request logging).
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Notion — stores form submissions and site questionnaire responses for our team.
• Google Maps Platform — looks up your business's public listing and address as you type it and when we review the site.
• Anthropic — powers the research tool we use to check local skill-game rules for your address. Only the address is sent.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and may log standard connection/request metadata as part of providing their service.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you request deletion.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted to us by emailing sales@nexeragames.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

This site is directed at business owners and is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
