Cost, space, servicing, payouts and the legal questions everybody asks second.
Nothing. There is no purchase price, no lease, no deposit, no installation charge and no service fee. NexEra owns the equipment and carries every cost associated with it. Our return comes out of the revenue share, which means we only earn when your machines do.
No minimum term. The placement agreement runs until either side ends it with written notice, and there is no termination fee. We remove the equipment at our own cost and make good any surface we marked.
Neither. You are not borrowing anything and you are not liable for the equipment beyond ordinary care of the space it sits in.
Your share is reconciled and paid on a fixed monthly cycle. You can see the underlying transaction data in the dashboard throughout the month, so nothing on the statement should be a surprise by the time it arrives.
Yes. Most placements are game cabinets alongside a multifunction kiosk, but where game machines are not permitted, not a good fit for the site, or simply not something you want, we place the kiosk on its own. The terms are the same: no cost to you, and you earn a flat amount on every ATM withdrawal.
No. NexEra owns and operates every machine it places. We do not sell equipment, and we do not work through distributors or third-party route operators. This site is for location owners who want machines placed with them.
A cabinet occupies roughly two feet by two and a half. The multifunction kiosk is about the same. A typical placement is two to eight cabinets plus one kiosk, or the kiosk on its own, and we size that to your floor during the site review rather than guessing from an address.
Floor space, a standard 120V outlet, and your normal opening hours. No dedicated circuit, no plumbing, no network cabling and no staff training beyond knowing who to call. If your Wi-Fi reaches the machines we can use it; if not, we bring our own router.
Card payments never do. The debit terminals dial out on their own cellular connection and never touch your point-of-sale network. The game machines themselves need Wi-Fi: we can use yours if the signal is strong enough and you are happy to share it, and if not, we install our own router at no cost to you.
Most locations go from first contact to live machines in about seven days. The install visit itself is usually a couple of hours, including testing every payment path on site. The installation process page breaks it down day by day.
We do. Machines are monitored remotely and most faults are flagged before anyone at the location notices. Service visits, parts and labour are all ours. Your only obligation is to tell us if you spot something we somehow missed.
Redemption happens at the kiosk rather than at a counter, so nobody on your staff is counting tickets or paying them out of a drawer. Cash loading and collection are handled by our people on our schedule.
Service targets are next business day. If a machine is out of service for more than 48 hours, that machine is credited for the period it was down.
Yes — you get a dashboard login on day one showing transaction counts, the machine keep and your share, broken out per machine and per day. Monthly statements reconcile against it line for line.
It depends on your state, and sometimes on your county or city. Skill game regulation is not uniform and it changes. We review the legal status of every prospective site before any equipment ships, and we decline placements we cannot support. Read the full position on the compliance disclosure page.
The distinction turns on whether the outcome is materially determined by player skill rather than chance, and the legal test for that differs by jurisdiction. This is exactly why we review each site rather than offering a blanket answer — and why nothing on this site should be read as legal advice about your location.
It can. Some commercial leases restrict amusement devices, and in some states a liquor licence carries conditions about what else may be on the premises. Raise it during the site review and we will work through it with you before anything is scheduled.
It is shared, and worth being plain about. We review your site before placement, but we do not keep tabs on every county and state for rule changes afterwards — local rules move quietly and you are closer to them than we are. Watch for changes affecting your own premises and tell us as soon as you see one. Once a placement is no longer permissible, we remove the equipment at our cost.
It depends on your foot traffic, your hours, your business type and how many machines the site supports. The revenue calculator gives an estimate from three inputs. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation — the figure we put in a signed agreement comes after we have reviewed the actual site.
Locations ramp. Regulars have to discover the machines and get comfortable with them. Across our live sites, a location takes roughly three months to reach its steady rate, so the calculator shows the ramp period separately instead of quietly averaging it in.
No. It is an estimate, not an offer, a projection or a guarantee of earnings. Actual revenue varies from site to site; we give you a real figure for your location after the site review.
Ask it directly — a person answers, usually the same day.
