From application to revenue

Installation Process

We deliver, install, connect, service and settle. You supply the floor space and a power outlet. Most locations are live inside a week.

From application to revenue in about a week

Six steps. Most locations are earning inside seven days of first contact — the long pole is almost always jurisdiction review, not logistics.

01
Day 1

Submit your application

Tell us where you are, what you run, and roughly how many people come through the door. It takes about three minutes and costs nothing. No credit check, no equipment deposit.

02
Days 1–2

Location review

We look at your address, your hours, your foot traffic and the legal status of skill games in your jurisdiction, and whether the site suits game machines and a kiosk or the kiosk on its own. If your site is not a fit — or not permitted — we tell you then, not later.

03
Days 2–4

Placement agreement

A plain-language agreement setting out the revenue split, who owns the equipment (we do), who services it (we do), and how you end it (written notice, no penalty). Signed electronically.

04
Days 4–6

Delivery and install

Our crew delivers, positions and powers the cabinets and kiosk, gets them online, and tests every payment path on site. You need a standard outlet and a few square feet.

05
Day 7

Go live

Machines start earning the day they are switched on. You get dashboard access the same day, so you can see transaction counts and your share in near real time.

06
Ongoing

Service and settlement

Remote monitoring flags a fault before you notice it. Any on-site service is ours. Your share is reconciled and paid on a fixed monthly cycle.

Everything we handle. You keep it simple.

The placement model only works if hosting is genuinely passive. Here is the split, written out so there is nothing to discover later.

NexEra handles

  • Equipment cost, delivery and installation
  • Connectivity — our own router if your Wi-Fi will not do
  • All maintenance, parts and on-site service calls
  • Remote monitoring and fault detection
  • Cash loading, collection and reconciliation
  • Jurisdiction review and compliance paperwork
  • Software updates and security patching
  • Removal, at no cost, if you end the agreement

You provide

  • A few square feet of floor space
  • A standard power outlet
  • Your normal opening hours
  • A phone call if something looks wrong

That is the whole list. There is no purchase, no lease, no minimum term and no charge to you at any point in the relationship.

The practical detail

Power and footprint

A cabinet needs roughly 2 ft × 2.5 ft and a standard 120V outlet. The kiosk needs about the same. No dedicated circuit, no plumbing, no network drop.

Connectivity

Card terminals run on their own cellular connection, so payments never touch your network or your point-of-sale. The game machines need Wi-Fi: we use yours if the signal is strong enough and you are happy to share it, and otherwise install our own router.

Downtime

Faults are flagged remotely, usually before staff notice. Service targets are next business day, and any machine down more than 48 hours is credited.

Cash handling

Redemption happens at the kiosk, so your staff are not counting tickets or paying them out of a drawer. Collection is on our schedule, by our people.

Reporting

A dashboard login on day one — transaction counts, the machine keep, your share, per machine and per day. Statements reconcile against it line for line.

Ending it

Written notice ends the agreement. We remove the equipment at our cost and repair anything we marked. There is no termination fee.

Run your foot traffic and hours through the calculator, then send us the site. A location review costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
